Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary on behalf of a reputable firm based in Epsom. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be an integral part of the conveyancing team, providing high-level administrative support to fee earners. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of conveyancing processes and be adept at managing a wide range of secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing correspondence, emails, attendance notes, and other documents
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Managing client files and keeping records up to date
- Assisting with file management and document production
- Handling telephone calls and managing client communications
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary is essential
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing and property law procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
