We’re searching for an experienced Legal Secretary - PA to join our Family Law team. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional accuracy and speed, ideally a touch typist with audio experience. You’ll be providing essential support to our fee earners, ensuring that the department runs smoothly, and our clients receive the highest standard of service.

You’ll be preparing legal documents, managing client files, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication. Your ability to produce high-quality work with precision and efficiency will be key to your success.

With at least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in Family Law, you have advanced IT skills, high-speed typing, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering outstanding client service. While familiarity with Practice Evolve or similar systems is a plus, a strong grasp of legal procedures is essential.

You’ll will be office-based during the probation period, but with proven performance and understanding, you could work from home up to two days a week. Typically, this may begin with one day per week post-probation, adjusting as needed.
