The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the legal team, ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Handling phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintaining and organizing client files
- Conducting legal research when necessary
- Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
- Communicating with clients and other legal professionals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
