Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the Fundamentals: Gain a deep understanding of the mortgage market, products, and regulatory requirements.

- Product Expertise: Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a panel of lenders, taking into account clients' financial circumstances and goals.
- Application Process: Assist in preparing and submitting mortgage applications, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure a smooth process.
- Client Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to clients throughout the mortgage journey, keeping them informed and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential Qualification: CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent)
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
- Commitment: A willingness to learn and develop within the mortgage industry.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Basic salary up to £25,000, with financial guarantees to £31,000 for the first 6 months.
- Excellent Earning Potential: OTE of £45,000 in year one, rising to £65,000+ thereafter.
