Job description

This role would suit an individual who is looking to expand their administrative skills and enjoys working well under pressure to achieve client service delivery goals. The main duties will include:-

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all client queries and dealing with responses in a professional manner.
  • Working in a team dynamic to ensure all service targets remain a priority.
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customers over email regarding an updates on logistical information.
  • Liaising with the external teams to carry out engineering project work efficiently and advising on workflows.
  • Dealing with all compliance in an efficient manner and updating the CRM system with attention to detail being applied at all times.
