St Christopher’s, an award winning co-educational, non-selective day school, who are looking to appoint a warm, organised and efficient Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their team. As the first point of contact of for all visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school’s administrative functions.

The successful candidate will be part of a small, supportive team, providing high-quality customer service to visitors, parents, and pupils alike. Alongside reception duties, you will assist with general administrative tasks across the school, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Flexibility is important within the School Office Team, as you’ll often need to share responsibilities during busy periods, to everyone’s mutual advantage, such as when the telephones are ringing or when deliveries and visitors arrive.
