We are seeking a talented and results-driven HubSpot Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team within an EdTech SaaS company. In this pivotal role, you will manage HubSpot marketing operations, create and optimise workflows, and analyse campaign performance to drive engagement and conversions. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales, supporting efforts to empower educational institutions with high-quality resources.
Location: Surrey, hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office.Salary: £40-50k DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Operations & Optimisation:
- Manage HubSpot CRM alongside the data analyst, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data management.
- Design and implement lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
- Execute end-to-end multichannel campaigns, including email marketing, workflows, and reporting.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using HubSpot analytics.
- Analyse website performance and recommend improvements for lead capture and conversion.
- Website & Webinar Management:
- Manage and optimise the website using platforms such as WordPress, ensuring user experience and lead generation.
- Handle webinar registration and follow-up processes.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Partner with sales to provide insights and support deal closures.
- Tailor marketing strategies to support regional sales targets.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and processes.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data insights to refine strategies.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and creating SEO-friendly landing pages.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Desirable Skills:
