Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a company based in Epsom, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

This is primarily an office based position, with visits to customers nationwide. A company car will be provided as part of the package, along with a competitive salary and benefits.

Specific responsibilities of the Account Manager role will include:

  • Managing relationships within a portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Addressing areas of concern and improving client satisfaction
  • Maintaining relationships through face to face meetings, online meetings and on the phone
  • Keeping accurate records using the CRM
  • Continuously promoting the company’s services, networking, upselling and cross selling
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional strategies
  • Monitoring and reporting of financial performance
  • Liaising with Finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue
  • Working closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teams

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of managing client accounts in a commercial environment
  • Experience of working to targets and deadlines
  • Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to take the initiative
  • Organised with strong planning skills
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Happy to travel nationwide for client meetings and events
