Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for a Administrator on behalf of our client based in Epsom, whom are in the professional services industry. We are seeking someone who has Secretarial/Administration experience, looking to work for a local yet successful business and fulfil a varied role.
Duties:
- Screening calls, handling enquiries and greeting visitors
- Maintaining the database
- Secretarial administrative tasks
- Drafting letters and emails, updating spreadsheets, filing etc
- Preparing letters and chasing required documents
- Communicating with HMRC
- Assisting where needed with other general office tasks
Experience:
- Previous office experience, must be within a professional services environment
- Excellent communication skills is essential
- Able to work off own initiative and happy to get stuck in with whatever's needed
- Numerate
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new skills
- Able to multitask with accuracy
