Full-time | Office-basedSalary: £25,000 - £30,000Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for work for a well-established chartered accountancy firm? They are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their friendly team in Epsom. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy a variety of administrative tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! They are keen for someone that wants to develop within the role.

Your Key Responsibilities:• Be the welcoming face of our office - answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling outgoing post.• Provide vital administrative support, including drafting letters/emails, scanning, and filing.• Maintain and update key databases with accuracy.• Prepare engagement and disengagement letters.• Manage control spreadsheets efficiently.• Handle company secretarial administrative tasks.• Communicate with HMRC as required.• Assist with invoicing and marketing activities.• Support general office duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:• Previous experience in an accounting profession, ideally with Iris software experience.• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.• A keen eye for detail and professionalism in delivering high-quality work.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Additional Skills (Advantageous but Not Essential):• Experience with Xero and Company Secretarial tasks.
