Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our client. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling general office tasks

Requirements:
