Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Leatherhead (office based) 

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients Leatherhead office, supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and ensure health and safety.
  • Provide receptionist duties and administrative support.
  • Organize meetings and manage diaries for the CEO and SLT.
  • Support Board and sub-committee meetings.
  • Handle CEO communications and internal communications.
  • Organize office events and provide ad hoc support.

Person Specification:

  • Office management and reception experience.
  • 5+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Experience with executive teams and Board meetings.
  • Proactive, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
