I am currently seeking a Sales Administrator for a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, on behalf of my client based just outside of Sutton. The ideal candidate will have some experience in administrative roles, preferably within a sales environment, and must be available to start immediately.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Communicate with clients and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
  • Manage and organise sales-related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Some experience in a sales administration role.
  • Immediate availability to start work.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
