People Coordinator - 6 months FTC starting January 2025

  • £30,000 - £32,000 pro rata
  • 6 months FTC - Starting January 2025
  • Near Epsom, Surrey (location is most easily reached by own transport)
  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

Role: This is a very busy fast-paced role where you will be providing excellent administrative support to the HR Business People Team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Onboarding activity - all paperwork, trackers and process
  • Joiner, mover, leaver system management
  • Organisation chart - creation and management
  • Payroll input
  • Reference checking
  • People Team inbox - key monitor point
  • SharePoint coordination
  • Role profile audit and gap analysis

Essential skills

  • Excellent Admin and Prioritisation skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Able to work at pace
  • Organised and willing to support the organisation of others
  • Excellent communicator, phone and face to face
  • Builds effective relationships within the department and across the business
  • IT literate with intermediate Microsoft office skills (particularly Word & Excel)
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Team player, prepared to contribute at all levels
  • Proactive, confident, professional approach
