We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Locum Pharmacist to join our team in Epsom. This is a full-time position offering immediate start, with a minimum commitment of 3 months, and the possibility of extension.

As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will provide ward cover services, working closely with medical teams to ensure the safe and effective use of medications for patients on medical wards. This role requires a high level of expertise in medical ward pharmacy and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy support to medical wards.
  • Ensure safe and effective medication management.
  • Review and advise on medication therapy for patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
  • Provide patient counseling and discharge medication support.

Requirements:

  • Registered pharmacist with GPhC.
  • MUST have experience in a medical ward setting.
