The role includes:

Neurorehabilitation following an acquired brain injury
Step-down services for children with complex health needs from hospital to home
Short break placements
Therapy provision to our children accessing the Trust School. This includes day and residential placements for children and young people with complex education, health, therapy, and care needs

There is also a Community Rehabilitation Service which offers specialist clinical support and rehabilitation to children and their families across the UK.

You will support children as they transition from an inpatient stay back to their home and school environments.
