This is newly created role for a creative individual to join their team.

Job specification:

  • Develop engaging content to enhance online presence.
  • Assess media needs and ensure all media projects are delivered on time, within budget.
  • Utilise creative storytelling in design to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Oversee video production and graphic design to transform concepts into impactful media that supports sales efforts.
  • Design and create content for two websites.
  • Script and plan video content for a website, YouTube, social media, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with videographers, staff, and clients to coordinate ongoing video shoots.
  • Oversee the editing process and work with videographers to produce final media assets.
  • Plan and design brochures or other printed marketing materials.
  • Create and film ad-hoc social media videos, with a focus on shoots within a 1-hour radius.
  • Attend video shoots or independently film content for social media as needed.
  • Identify online PR opportunities to boost our online visibility, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen external link authority.
  • Manage relationships with our lead providers and explore new partnership opportunities for growth.

Person specification:

  • Must have a driving license.
  • Experience in B2C sales and marketing.
  • Content creation experience.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Creativity tailored to a target market.
  • Ambitious, proactive mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude.
  • Self-driven with a passion for achieving success.
