Sonic Summary

The position is for a 1:1 Tutor located in Epsom, Surrey, starting ASAP and offered on a temporary contract basis during term time only.
Candidates should be available for 1-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £25 to £35 per hour.
Applicants are required to have at least 2 years of experience teaching in a UK school, preferably with a background in delivering the National Curriculum core subjects.
Experience with students who have complex needs such as SEMH, ASC, MLD, and SpLD is essential, along with exceptional behavior management skills.
QTS status or equivalent is preferred, but unqualified candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

We are looking for candidates who are:-

Available during school hours up to 30 hours per week.
Experienced in delivering differentiated National Curriculum core subjects.
Experience teaching young people with a wide range of complex and challenging needs including SEMH/ASC/MLD/SpLD
Exceptional behaviour management strategies.
Prepared to work face to face within the community.

Requirements

Background teaching in English, Maths, Science or SEN classes ranging from KS1-KS5.
QTS status (or equivalent) or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects
Experience working with SEMH/ASD/EBD/SEMH and associated complex needs.
2 years previous experience working within a UK school.
