A newly created position for a marketing professional to join a dynamic and commercially focussed team, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the customer self-service digital product portfolios.

The Department:

The Marketing team are responsible for creating and promoting customer finance offers that help support the sale of products and services via customer communications.

You will design, develop, and introduce new products whilst also reviewing the performance of existing products to make sure a strong performance.

With support from the Product & Channel Manager, you will own the on-going development of the digital customer communication channels / journeys, including but not limited to Customer Portals, Website Help Centre and Conversational AI tools.

Duties:

  • Acting as the liaison between key internal stakeholders to capture, refine and prioritise requirements to meet customer, business and regulatory needs
  • Oversee activities and act as the day-to-day contact for relevant third-party vendors, ensuring they are performing as expected
  • Seek to maximise product value by defining desirable product features and benefits
  • Managing and optimising the product backlog, ensuring it is visible and well understood by key stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders (internal and external) are kept informed of product developments throughout
  • Reviewing the on-going performance of existing products against various criteria including commercial results, customer experience and regulatory compliance
  • Creating, analysing and presenting Management Information (e.g. performance data) to provide management oversight and to inform decision making.
