Production Team Leader Overview:

As a Production Team Leader, you will be instrumental in leading a team to achieve business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in overseeing production processes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Working closely with your team, you’ll drive performance, develop talent, and ensure your team is motivated to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Team Leader:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant production environment.
  • Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and team performance to meet business goals.
  • Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment, building strong relationships across departments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven leader with 2+ years of experience in team leadership, ideally within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and inspire your team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving process improvements.
  • Experience in ambient or chilled supply environments is advantageous.
