Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well known Financial Services provider based in Epsom, who are looking for an experienced individual to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

This is a varied role within a team which is responsible for contract management for customers including brokers, dealers and third parties.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Working with teams to resolve queries relating to end of contract, settlements and account queries
  • Processing financial agreements
  • Speaking to customers about settlements
  • Management and preparation of finance documents
  • Assisting with general queries generated from third parties
  • Monthly and ad hoc reporting

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within an operational admin role, ideally within Financial Services
  • Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems
  • Literate and numerate with strong communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Attention to detail
