Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well known Financial Services provider based in Epsom, who are looking for an experienced individual to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
This is a varied role within a team which is responsible for contract management for customers including brokers, dealers and third parties.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Working with teams to resolve queries relating to end of contract, settlements and account queries
- Processing financial agreements
- Speaking to customers about settlements
- Management and preparation of finance documents
- Assisting with general queries generated from third parties
- Monthly and ad hoc reporting
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within an operational admin role, ideally within Financial Services
- Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems
- Literate and numerate with strong communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
