Fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a prevalent practice in Surrey.

The role:

The quantity surveying role has been created due to a recent promotion and a number of new instructions with in the commercial, healthcare and sciences sectors. These projects range from a few million through to £60 million new build.

This highly regarded professional company offer cost management, project management, employer's agent and contract administration services, alongside other related advisory services. Their clients include charities, developers, end-users, education providers, leisure operators and financial institutions.

The role will see you work in a close-knit team, working on client focused solutions where you will be guided and supported by a strong leadership team. You will be given a good breadth of projects to be involved with and run, these projects will include a nice diversity between pre and post contract, ranging from £125k though to £60 million. These projects along with your and the company's commitment will give you a great platform to complete your apc in a timely manner and b uild your career.

About you:

You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying.
A good grounding in the industry, ideally with in a client, contractor or consultancy.
Experience of working with NEC forms of contract would be advantageous.
It is essential that you wish to gain your Membership with the RICS, work with in private practice/ consultancy.
clean/ current driving licence.
