Logistics Administrator

Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing)

Location: Epsom

Hourly Rate: £15.40 - £17.50 per hour

My client are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Administrator to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will play a crucial role in supporting the logistics operations.

Day to day of the role:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.

Prepare accurate reports for upper management and ensure all logistics-related documents are up to date.

Utilise logistics IT systems to track shipments and inventory levels.

Assist in the planning and scheduling of shipment pickups and deliveries.

Handle any issues that arise, aiming for minimum disruption and proactively solving problems.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a logistics administration role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
