- Lettings Management: Handle valuations, marketing, tenancy agreements, and renewals. Negotiate terms and close deals to maximise portfolio performance.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring growth and profitability.
- Client & Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Administrative Duties: Perform all necessary Lettings Administrator tasks such as processing tenancy agreements, referencing, deposit registration, and managing rent collection.
- Compliance: Stay updated with current lettings legislation and ensure the department is fully compliant.
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
- Strong administrative skills including referencing, tenancy documentation, and compliance knowledge
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- IT proficient, familiar with property management software
- Competitive salary package of up to £28-30,000 basic salary with OTE of £45,000
