Salary: (£11ph - £14ph)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful, local independent Estate & Lettings Agency is looking to recruit a Property Management Assistant to help manage their substantial property portfolio on a part-time basis.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in either Lettings Administration or Property Management, a great overall understanding of Lettings legislation, superb administrative skills and hopefully a reasonable knowledge of the local area.

You will need to be highly organised, work well under pressure and be able to multitask effectively and be happy to ‘muck in’ with the team and will be dealing with landlords and tenants, attending inspections and general administrative duties

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, articulate individualwith the right attitude and work ethic who is keen to develop their lettings administration skills.
