Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Estate Agency

Salary: £45k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator who is looking to develop a long and rewarding career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in the Stoneleigh area.

You will need have a great track record in both property sales and the ability to seek and spot opportunities; familiarity with the local area would also be helpful. - Experienced residential estate agent
- Excellent sales ability
- Be target driven and tenacious
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Stoneleigh and surround areas helpful
- Full driving license essential and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
