  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing them with essential information and a positive experience.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach to prospective tenants, answering any questions they may have about the property or tenancy process.
  • Assist in generating new rental leads and registering applicant information accurately.
  • Communicate regularly with landlords and tenants, providing updates and responding to queries professionally.
  • Support the team with administrative duties as required, including updating property listings, assisting with tenancy paperwork, and booking viewings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient letting experience for all clients.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Good organizational skills, able to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the local area is a plus but not essential.
