- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing them with essential information and a positive experience.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach to prospective tenants, answering any questions they may have about the property or tenancy process.
- Assist in generating new rental leads and registering applicant information accurately.
- Communicate regularly with landlords and tenants, providing updates and responding to queries professionally.
- Support the team with administrative duties as required, including updating property listings, assisting with tenancy paperwork, and booking viewings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient letting experience for all clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills, able to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of the local area is a plus but not essential.
- Must be able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Full UK driving license and access to own car (mileage allowance provided)
- Must live within a 15-minute commute of Epsom for easy accessibility.
- Availability to work on Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu.
