Job specification:

Answering telephone calls, using a professional manner.
Greeting customers.
Direct calls to relevant person.
Take accurate messages.
Making tea and coffee.
Ensuring waiting areas are clean and tidy.

Person specification:

Quick learner.
Organised.
Experience in previous role is an advantage.
Customer service skills.
