- Answering telephone calls, using a professional manner.
- Greeting customers.
- Direct calls to relevant person.
- Take accurate messages.
- Making tea and coffee.
- Ensuring waiting areas are clean and tidy.
Person specification:
- Quick learner.
- Organised.
- Experience in previous role is an advantage.
- Customer service skills.
