Recruitment Assistant

My client are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, with an immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who has some experience in recruitment or HR support and is looking to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Day to day of the role:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Communicating with candidates and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all recruitment materials are up to date.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Some experience in recruitment or HR support.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
