360 Marketing Recruitment Consultant

Based in central Epsom location is stunning offices
Up to £35,000 salary - OTE £50,000+
4 days in the office, Friday work from home
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Job description:

Specialising in the PPC and SEO area and resourcing suitable candidates for roles in this field.
Working closely with clients to understand their requirements.
Putting together adverts and placing them on various job boards.
Pro-actively searching on-line for suitable candidates
Shortlisting candidates for roles and presenting them to the Consultants
Updating the in-house database to ensure all candidates are correctly recorded in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
Taking offer details for candidates, providing feedback to all candidates and negotiating with clients.

Person Specification:

Excellent communication skills (familiar with Microsoft packages)
Strong written skills ability to construct emails for business-to-business contact.
This position requires the ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently.
Good attention to detail and ability to retain key information.
The ability to work under pressure.
Bright, enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, articulate, street wise
Great organisation skills
Team player
Excellent people skills and a good rapport builder
Patient, diplomatic, empathetic
Great Telephone / Keyboard skills

Additional details:

£30,000-£35,000 basic, OTE £50k +
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, Fridays (Work From home)
