We're looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our client, a high volume, multiple-outlet Catering Operation based near Leatherhead, Surrey, in their welcoming and customer-focused environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, motivated professional to take ownership of the department, ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality service, and a positive team environment.This Food & Beverage Manager position offers a great salary and benefits.Benefits:*Daytime hours with a great work life balance*Company wellness programmes*A variety of team events*Free lunches*Parking Available*Pension plan*28 days pro rata HolidayWorking Hours:*5 out of 7 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday*42 hours per week*Daytime hours - 9 am- 5.30 pmWhat You'll Be Doing:*Oversee the day-to-day running of multiple catering outlets, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.*Lead and develop the catering team, providing clear direction, training, and support.*Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain cost-effective operations.*Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.*Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities, including group bookings and seasonal events.*Support HR functions such as recruitment, absentee management, performance management, exit interviews, team development etc.*Maintain excellent customer service standards across the various outlets and handle any queries or complaints professionally.Requirements:*Previous experience in a senior food & beverage role, ideally within a high-volume catering/ hospitality environment.*Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach to management.*Strong people management skills is essential.*Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and compliance regulations.*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.*A passion for great food, service, and team development.*Some kitchen experience would be a distinct advantageThis Food & Beverage Manager role would be ideal for either an experienced Food & Beverage Manager or an Assistant F&B Manager looking at taking the next step.
