Job Title: Retail AssistantLocation: Epsom Job Type: Full-Time
Are you a confident and enthusiastic individual looking for a dynamic role in retail? We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join one of our clients based in Epsom on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stock management, including replenishing shelves and maintaining displays.
- Operate the till and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A confident, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting customers.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential - they're happy to train the right person!
