Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Epsom
Salary: Up to 25,000 (dependant on experience) per annum plus bonus OTE 32,000
We are working with a leading multi store retail company who is looking for a Sales Assistant to come on board in the Epsom store.

Overview:
In this role, you will offer first class customer service, guiding customers and advising them on the different choices available . If you have a flair for interiors and a keen eye for detail, you'll thrive in helping customers bring their vision for beautiful living spaces to life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering product advice.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.
- Keep the store well-presented and stocked.
- Stay updated on product trends and collaborate with team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail sales or B2B sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- An initiative-taking approach to sales, with experience in upselling or cross-selling products.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota
