We are working with a leading multi store retail company who is looking for a Sales Assistant to come on board in the Epsom store.

Overview:In this role, you will offer first class customer service, guiding customers and advising them on the different choices available . If you have a flair for interiors and a keen eye for detail, you'll thrive in helping customers bring their vision for beautiful living spaces to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering product advice.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Keep the store well-presented and stocked.
  • Stay updated on product trends and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail sales or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • An initiative-taking approach to sales, with experience in upselling or cross-selling products.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a rota
