Multi Trade Operative

My well-known Social Housing, Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire anexperienced Multi Trader.

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

PAYE permanent salary will be offered 40,000

• 20days holiday + bank holidays
• 8am to 5:30pm (42.5h per week)

Requirements:

• Must have experience in doing wet rooms.
• Experience: Joinery or Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering.
• Driving License (Up to 6 points is allowed)
• Social Housing experience
• NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent
• Passport/Right to Work
• Clean DBS Certificate
