REED Education are looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants, who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN). Based in a SEN School, this is located in the beautiful market town of Epsom. What will be your responsibilities?
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure student progress.
What do we need from you, what are the requirements?
- Experience working with students with SEN (previous classroom experience preferred).
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.
