We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Used Car Sales Executive to join a thriving dealership in Epsom. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will be joining a dynamic team that is focused on providing the highest level of customer care while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the team and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade in a variety of situations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Full driving licence held for at least 6 months, and must be 19 or older to qualify for a company vehicle.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
