Registered Nurse (Band 6) - Lead & Manage Care for Children with Brain Injury

As a Registered Nurse (Band 6), you will play a key role in providing exceptional care while leading a dynamic team that delivers specialised support to children with complex health needs.
About the Role:
As a Band 6 Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the House Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team of Band 5 Registered Nurses and Children’s Support Assistants. You will ensure the safe, compassionate, and effective delivery of care to children with acquired brain injuries, neuro-disabilities, and complex health conditions. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining a high standard of care across a 24-hour period, ensuring the well-being and comfort of every child under our care.
