A great opportunity to be trained in all aspects of Legal Conveyancing!Our leading and long-established client is seeking a skilled Audio Typist to assist in their growing team.

Key Responsibilities as Audio Typist - once trained:

• Efficiently audio type, prepare, and amend draft documents to support the conveyancing process.• Open files, send initial letters, and ensure all documentation is accurately prepared and filed.• Provide clients with quotes, assist with queries, and handle telephone calls.• Prepare completed files for storage in compliance with firm protocols.• Deal with clients both in person and over the phone, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.• Make appointments and assist with general client queries.• Liaise with the Accounts department to obtain cheques, printouts, and other necessary documents.• Admin support performing general filing, photocopying, and other duties as required by fee earners.• Provide reception cover during periods of holiday and sickness, ensuring continuous service availability.• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
