We are seeking a professional UPVC Door & Window Repair Technician to join a leading landlord managing domestic housing stock across the Epsom area. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on UPVC doors and windows (e.g., broken DGUs, seals, handles, hinges).
  • Complete works via PDA device, accurately recording SOR codes.
  • Ensure safety at work, reporting hazards and accidents.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, completing jobs on the first visit where possible.
  • Keep residents informed throughout the repair process.
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked vehicles and company tools.
  • Handle emergency and routine work orders as needed.
  • Report follow-up jobs to the Repairs Team and update residents.

General Duties:

  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Comply with GDPR, health & safety regulations, and safeguarding protocols.
  • Contribute to team performance and meet KPIs.
  • Report customer complaints and ensure they are addressed within policy.
  • Continuously improve service based on resident feedback.

Person Specification:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Full driving license and proficient in using mobile devices for work.
  • Strong trade skills and time management abilities.
  • Experience in social housing and a good understanding of safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
