Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 (OTE up to £45,000)Location: EpsomJob Type: Full-timeHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM / One in 3 Saturdays About the Role:An exciting and unique chance has emerged for a Vehicle Technician to become part of a highly-regarded, family-operated main dealership in Epsom. Our client highly values their staff and is dedicated to fostering their development through ongoing training and growth opportunities.Whether you're a newly qualified Technician, an experienced professional, or moving from an independent garage to a main dealership environment, we’d love to hear from you!What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent certification in vehicle maintenance and repair
F Gas Certification
MOT Tester Licence (preferred but not mandatory—training provided)
Hybrid and electric vehicle training (advantageous but not required—training provided)
Competence in servicing, repairs, and diagnostic tasks
Personal tools and ability to thrive in a workshop setting
Valid UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on customer, sales, and company vehicles
Replace clutches, gearboxes, and engines when necessary
Perform vehicle video health checks, promoting honest upselling opportunities
Comply with current health and safety standards
Collaborate effectively within a team
