Our client highly values their staff and is dedicated to fostering their development through ongoing training and growth opportunities.Whether you're a newly qualified Technician, an experienced professional, or moving from an independent garage to a main dealership environment, we’d love to hear from you!What We're Looking For:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent certification in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • F Gas Certification
  • MOT Tester Licence (preferred but not mandatory—training provided)
  • Hybrid and electric vehicle training (advantageous but not required—training provided)
  • Competence in servicing, repairs, and diagnostic tasks
  • Personal tools and ability to thrive in a workshop setting
  • Valid UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on customer, sales, and company vehicles
  • Replace clutches, gearboxes, and engines when necessary
  • Perform vehicle video health checks, promoting honest upselling opportunities
  • Comply with current health and safety standards
  • Collaborate effectively within a team
