About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to train as lecturers within our dynamic and supportive team. As a Trainee Lecturer, you will receive full training and support to develop your teaching skills while delivering high-quality learning experiences to your students.

Your role will involve:

  • Delivering engaging lessons in Electrical installation.
  • Supporting students in gaining industry-recognised qualifications.
  • Developing course materials and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to learners, ensuring their success.
  • Keeping up to date with industry standards and regulations.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent).
  • Substantial industry experience in Electrical Installation.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A willingness to work train and undertake a City and Guilds award in Education and Training and undertake the colleges teacher toolkit training.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience / qualifications.
  • Assessor or Verifier qualifications (V1,IQA, or 17th Edition Inspection & Testing qualifications
