We are recruiting for a dynamic and motivated Water Treatment Account / Sales Manager. Ideal applicants will have extensive industry experience and knowledge to support their pursit of new client accounts. The company is a privately-owned and rapidly-growing outfit, who are seeking an innovative individual to help onboard new revenue opportunities. Experience / Qualifications:
- You will have successfully managed Water Treatment / Hygiene accounts in order to retain and grow business profits
- Must have strong industry knowledge, including HSG 274 and ACOP L8 standards
- Will have strong sales experience and able to successfully execute sales plans and techniques
- You will have proven experience with process systems, such as Cooling Towers, Closed Systems and Steam Boilers
- Strong written and IT proficiency
- It would be beneficial to hold industry-relevant qualifications and training (such as City & Guilds WMSoc or NVQ Plumbing)
- Ideally will have hands-on engineering experience, such as working as a Legionella Risk Assessor and / or Water Hygiene Engineer
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional manner
The Role:
- Successfully identifying new clients leads and areas for business growth and implementing approaches to pursue
- You will be producing sales plans and packages to pitch to new clients
- Meeting with clients on site to discuss requirements and sell services from the company
- Upselling of services to existing client accounts
- Being the first point of contact for prospective new clients, answering any queries and discussing contracts of service
- Proactively researching changes in the industry to remain up-to-date
- Overseeing the smooth delivery of services to clients
- Writing detailed written sales and performance reports
- Working closely with members of management and Directors to discuss new accounts and performance
- Travelling as per company requirements
