We have been entrusted by our client to recruit an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician to join their on-site team based at a major, high-profile site in Epsom.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled electrical OR mechanical professional to step into a role that offers more than just maintenance its about delivering first-class technical service, compliance leadership, and truly making a difference in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

As an Electrical OR a Mechanical Technician, youll be the go-to expert on site for all things electrical / mechanical. From planned maintenance to reactive work and compliance oversight, youll be essential to the smooth and safe running of a busy and technically advanced site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading on compliance, PPMs, and reactive works in line with contractual standards

Acting as the sites electrical OR mechanical subject matter expert, managing escalations and driving effective resolutions

Delivering outstanding service across a wide range of technical FM duties

Ensuring all work is compliant with Health & Safety legislation and internal policies

Working closely with internal teams, external contractors and site users

Supporting and mentoring on-site colleagues, while helping manage technical service delivery

Participating in client meetings and contributing to technical strategy and planning

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a motivated and capable technician who thrives in a hands-on, people-first environment and is confident in delivering technical excellence. You'll bring:

City & Guilds Electrical Installation (with Testing & Inspection essential) OR City & Guilds Mechanical or equivalent

A proven track record in delivering exceptional service in a facilities management or building services environment

Familiarity with CAFM systems

Solid knowledge of compliance standards (SFG-20/manufacturer guidelines)

Health & Safety certification and awareness

Excellent communication and decision-making skills

A proactive and solutions-focused approach
