Job Scope:
We are looking to recruit a Senior Care Coordinator for our client, a global care provider known for its care-centric values and outstanding staff retention. As a relatively new provider in the area, they seek a motivated individual with experience in domiciliary care who aspires to progress toward a Registered Manager role. As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care by managing schedules, liaising with clients and their families, and overseeing care staff. You will be responsible for coordinating care plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
The Senior Care Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage priorities. With experience in home care settings, you will ensure that services run efficiently while providing exceptional support to both clients and staff. Additionally, you as a Senior Care Coordinator will have the ability to step up in the absence of the Registered Manager, ensuring continuity of care and operations. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented approach to case management and service delivery, always ensuring the highest standards of care.
Do you have?
- Proven experience in care coordination and case management, preferably within home care settings, demonstrating the ability to develop and oversee personalized care plans.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and high-quality care delivery.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks and fostering strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, ensuring clear and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail under pressure.
- Relevant certifications in Care Coordination or Case Management, highlighting a commitment to professional development and adherence to industry standards.
- Familiarity with the local area, which can enhance client rapport and service delivery.
