Are you passionate about creating a positive learning environment and supporting students to reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Behaviour for Learning Leader to join a committed pastoral team.

About the Role

As a Behaviour for Learning Leader, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour across the school. Working closely with senior leaders and pastoral staff, you'll support the day-to-day management of student behaviour and contribute to strategies that foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

You will:

  • Manage and support students referred for behaviour interventions
  • Monitor behaviour data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with students to support their personal development
  • Work with parents/carers, staff, and external agencies to ensure appropriate support is in place
  • Contribute to the wider pastoral care of the school community
