We are currently looking to recruit numerous HGV Class 2 Drivers to work for a leading wholesaler based in Erith.
What does the role involve?
The job involves delivering to convenience stores such as Londis, Budgens and One Stop. The number of drops can vary, but is generally between 3 and 6 per shift.
The products are in roll cages which are heavy in weight, therefore drivers need to be physically fit as this role can be manually challenging.
What are the shift patterns/hours?
We currently have the below three rota's available:
- Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
The start times are given on a daily basis and will be between 04:00 and 10:00 (usually on the earlier side).
What are the rates of pay?
- The rate of pay is £16.74ph.
- The client pays a minimum of 40hrs per week if all four days are worked.
