We have a very exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager, selling data cables and solutionswithin the Data Centre industry. This is a greatopportunity for the successful candidate to join a large International company and be part of growing an exciting sector for the business.
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of the company focusing on Data Centres.
Key Responsibilities

- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned sector.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiations, and close deals.
- Product & Sector Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services related to the business.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
Specific Sector Responsibilities:

- Focus on data centre infrastructure, services, and technology solutions.
- Engage with data centre operators, cloud service providers, and technology firms.
- Collaborate with Data Centre contractors and consultant bodies.
