CRG are seeking a Yardman / Senior Operations Co-ordinator join a dedicated team on a permanent basis based in Erith, for a leading supplier of Vacant Property Security and Environmental Cleanup Services.

Purpose of the Role:

This Yardman / Operations Co-ordinator will support daily operations and duties will involve working both in the office and out on site. 

• Liaising with all Environmental and Security operatives on a daily basis to ensure they have what they need to carry out their daily work tasks by issuing equipment, stock, keys, PPE, uniform  etc.
• Making sure their job sheets are filled in and their H&S paperwork is up to date.
• Monthly vehicle stock checks.
• Maintaining quarantine stock returned from site / making up security stock, ie doors.
• Measuring properties for security equipment.
• Quality checks on site.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Hands-on and willing to undertake multiple tasks across commercial properties.
• Good Microsoft Office and outlook skills.
• Scheduling experience or familiarity with coordinating workloads/teams would be beneficial.
• Confident, personable with good communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence (minor points considered). 
• Transit/Sprinter van experience would be beneficial.
• Minimum one years’ commercial driving experience.
• Reliable, honest, polite with a good sense of humour.
• Commitment and a willingness to work hard.
• Able to stay calm under pressure.
• A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card – desirable.?
